Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
Are you ready for a new twist on an old classic? This Sunday super smoothie blends the old with the new. It starts with the peanut butter and jelly tradition, and adds on a sprinking of chia seeds to boost nutrition. It’s a winner because not only does it taste great, but it is also rich in heart healthy fats, and high in fiber and antioxidants.
Ingredients:

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 cup of water

1 teaspoon of strawberry spread or jelly

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

2 cups of frozen strawberries

1/2 cup milk
Method:

Pour water and chia seeds in bottom of blender and let soak for 5 minutes

Add in peanut butter and jelly

Next add in frozen strawberries and pour milk on top

Blend until smooth
